Travis Perkins needed to attract 1000 new diverse hires for the Summer, and we did just that. We maximised direct call-to-action style Ads from macro influencers and produced thumb-stopping creative motion graphic video ads. These both drove high conversion through retargeting those who had watched the videos, and their lookalike audiences with ads to drive sign-ups. We attracted 97% of applicants under the age of 25, 70% identified as black and 33% identified as female.
