Boost Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace

Gen Z is the most diverse generation yet.

In the UK alone, 40% of the population is estimated to be non-white by the year 2061. It is also estimated that around 15% of the UK population identify as neurodiverse and studies have shown that around 15% of the worldwide Gen Z population identify as LGBT+.

They therefore want employers that recognise the importance of including everyone, and will leave if they don’t.

Furthermore, diverse workplaces lead to happier and more productive employees that are easier to retain.

At TapIn, we are passionate about diverse workplaces and helping our clients cultivate their own. In July 2022, we launched the This is Black Gen Z Report which is the largest study done into black talent in the UK. We plan to do this again next year in the UK, as well as expand it to the US.
