The Social Element is a digital media agency, focused on socials. But with all the time they spend on their clients, they needed a little help jazzing up their own.
The goal was to build an active, engaged and diverse social media community. They wanted to show the human element of their agency, and through this content, garner the attention of potential hires, competitors and clients, letting them view The Social Element as an attractive company to have on board.
To achieve this, we developed a robust content creation strategy. To start off, we redefined their content pillars, pushing a new focus on people content, thought leadership, valued-added content and relatable personable content.
We also prioritised content that showed the faces behind the agency, offered new designs that spoke to a younger audience and created assets for them which showcased their values and offered insight into the company.
The revamped social strategy brought The Social Element to life, showcasing their vibrant culture and expertise. Engagement on their platforms soared, with a noticeable increase in followers and interactions. The relatable and human-focused content resonated with their audience, leading to higher visibility among potential hires, clients, and competitors. As a result, The Social Element solidified its position as a forward-thinking, people-first agency, attracting new opportunities and amplifying its brand presence in the digital space.
