Creating a 100-day D&I plan for the global tech giant
In response to the Black Lives Matter movement, Dyson, a global tech company, partnered with TapIn to create a 100-day Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan.
The aim was to promote transparent communication and align with Dyson’s global learning strategy. While known for innovation, Dyson recognised the need to innovate its approach to diversity and inclusion.
The objectives were to foster open communication, align with global learning, promote diversity and drive innovation and growth.
We achieved this through a structured approach:
